Vito P has been on several rafting trips with AO, but this was his first time on the unparalleled Cherry Creek.

Hey Jeremy,

The trip was incredible. I can’t think of anything but positive comments about the experience. The briefing in the evening was helpful. Breakfast in the am was fine except I probably shouldn’t have had the bagel as it didn’t sit well especially after the class v test . The class 5 test certainly adds to the pucker factor. I’ve never fallen out of the boat so having to swim a rapid was a new experience for me. Certainly gave me inspiration to work harder to stay in the boat during the day.

The guide team was great. Adam is an excellent lead whom I’ve learned to implicitly trust and having met some of the other crew on the Cal Salmon trip made a huge difference.

I’ve been blessed with two pretty unique and special trips this year. Not really sure how I’ll outdo the experiences or if its even possible.

Feel free to contact me in the future although I do plan to continue to work with you guys as I have over the past few years. I still need to hit the North Fork Am and Kawaeh plus I am hopeful that we can get to do Cal Salmon again next year. Of course anytime you guys are doing something adventurous and/or off the beaten path with the guides and want to fill out a boat I’d be happy to grab a paddle.
