Feedback from a friends & family rafting and camping weekend on the South Fork American River.

We are so happy with the trip. Everything went seamlessly. The campsite at Lotus was perfect, especially because we had it to ourselves for two nights. We were probably a bit overwhelming to the young families that joined us for the third night, but by that time, we felt like we were “home”.

Our guides were the best!!! Jesse was perfect for letting our boat, all the oldest of friends, truly be ourselves, and Erin was great for my parents’ boat, definitely doing her best to get my dad splashed.

Thank you for accommodating all of our various requests and attempts to be difficult and “special.” We are impressed with how specialized you allowed our trip to be. For people like us who are used to being the guides for others, your guides welcomed us and made us feel at home. That really meant a lot to us. We will certainly use your company again for more aggressive rivers.
